Right Vibe is an AI-powered marketing platform for small and local businesses. It combines SEO, content, CRM, outreach, local SEO, and AI Visibility tracking in one place. You can run it yourself with AI guidance (DIY) or have our team run it for you (Managed).
DIY (self-serve, AI-guided): Free Audit ($0), DIY ($49/mo), DIY Pro ($129/mo). A done-with-you Assisted tier (a strategist works alongside you) is coming soon. Managed (done-for-you): Managed Local ($499/mo + $299 one-time setup) and Managed Growth ($899/mo + $499 one-time setup). Enterprise is custom. The DIY tiers offer 2 months free on annual billing. You can also add service add-ons (Managed Hosting $129/mo, Website Design $999 one-time) to any plan.
On DIY you do the work, but an AI assistant guides every step and does the heavy analysis for you. On Managed, our team runs your marketing for you — Google Business Profile, content, local SEO, and reporting — and you get a monthly results report. Managed plans include a one-time setup fee that covers onboarding and your initial strategy build.
AI Visibility — also called Answer Engine Optimization — tracks whether AI assistants like Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude mention or recommend your business when people ask buying questions. We run editable, AI-suggested questions on a weekly schedule (and on demand) and report your visibility plus how you compare to competitors, broken down per assistant. DIY covers Gemini; DIY Pro, Assisted, and all Managed tiers cover all four assistants.
To get the most out of the SEO features you should connect Google Search Console (and optionally Google Analytics) for your site — that is where keyword ranking data comes from. You can connect them during onboarding or later from Settings → Integrations.
Yes. Every record is isolated to your organization, sensitive PII (your email/name and contact email/phone) is encrypted at rest, secrets are stored in AWS Secrets Manager, sensitive actions are audit-logged, and you can enable multi-factor authentication (TOTP) on your account.
Yes. From Settings → Team you can invite teammates by email and assign roles (owner, admin, member). The number of seats depends on your plan: DIY 1, Managed Local 2, DIY Pro and Managed Growth 3, Enterprise unlimited.
Go to Settings → Billing. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and "Manage billing" opens the secure Stripe portal where you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel.
Yes. Under Settings → Billing → Add-ons & Services you can add Managed Hosting ($129/mo — we host, secure, and maintain your site) and order Website Design ($999 one-time — a custom site built for you). Add-ons are billed separately and don't change your plan tier.
Yes. The platform enforces CAN-SPAM guardrails: set your postal address and unsubscribe URL in Organization settings and a compliant footer is appended to marketing emails. Recipients who unsubscribe are suppressed automatically.
