At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue. If you don't add one, your account moves to a read-only state — your data is preserved and you can reactivate at any time. We'll send reminder emails before the trial expires.
Are there additional costs?
No hidden fees. Your monthly or annual subscription covers everything in your plan. The only exception is Enterprise custom integrations, which are quoted separately as part of your contract.
Can I change plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. If you cancel, access continues through the end of your paid period.
