You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. If you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Right Vibe a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
The Right Vibe platform, brand, and software are owned by Right Vibe Marketing and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimers and Limitations
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, search ranking improvements, or business outcomes from using the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right Vibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
