Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, use our services, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, billing information, and any content you input into the platform.

We also collect usage data, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform, to improve our services and your experience.

Google Account Data

When you connect your Google account through our integrations, we request access to specific Google services on your behalf. We use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 to securely authenticate — we never see or store your Google password.

**Google Search Console.** We request read-only access to your Search Console data (using the scope `webmasters.readonly`). This allows Right Vibe to display your search performance data — including clicks, impressions, average position, and top queries — directly in your dashboard. We use this data solely to provide you with SEO analytics and recommendations within the platform.

**Google Analytics.** We request read-only access to your Google Analytics 4 data (using the scope `analytics.readonly`). This allows Right Vibe to display your website traffic data — including sessions, users, page views, and traffic sources — within your dashboard. We use this data solely to provide you with marketing analytics and insights within the platform.

We do not request write access to any Google service. We cannot modify your Search Console settings, Analytics configuration, or any other Google account data.

How We Use Google Data

Right Vibe's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy).

Specifically, we:

• Only use Google data to provide and improve the Right Vibe features you've connected • Do not sell, rent, or share your Google data with any third party • Do not use your Google data for advertising, market research, or any purpose unrelated to the functionality you see in the platform • Do not use your Google data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models • Do not allow any human to read your Google data unless you give explicit permission for support purposes, it is required for security purposes, or it is required by law

Your Google data is displayed to you in your Right Vibe dashboard. It is not combined with data from other users or made available to anyone other than you.

How We Store and Protect Google Data

When you authorize Right Vibe to access your Google account, we receive an access token and a refresh token from Google. These tokens are encrypted and stored securely in our database. They allow us to retrieve your data on your behalf without requiring you to re-authorize each time.

Access tokens expire automatically (typically within one hour). When they expire, we use the refresh token to obtain a new access token. This happens seamlessly in the background.

We cache your Google data temporarily (up to 24 hours) to provide faster page loads and reduce the number of requests to Google's servers. Cached data is automatically purged after the cache period expires.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Access to stored tokens is restricted to the application services that require them.

Revoking Google Access

You can disconnect your Google account from Right Vibe at any time through Settings → Integrations in your dashboard. When you disconnect:

• We immediately delete your stored access and refresh tokens • We delete any cached Google data • Right Vibe will no longer be able to access your Google account

You can also revoke Right Vibe's access directly from your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access from Google will invalidate the tokens stored by Right Vibe.

If you delete your Right Vibe account entirely, all Google tokens and cached data are deleted within 30 days.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions; send administrative and promotional communications; respond to your questions; and detect, prevent, and address technical issues or policy violations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your content or data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, and monitoring for unauthorized access.

Our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which maintains SOC 1/2/3, ISO 27001, and other compliance certifications. We follow AWS security best practices including least-privilege access, encrypted storage, and automated monitoring.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

Google integration tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection. Cached Google data is purged within 24 hours of disconnection or account deletion.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, analyze usage patterns, and improve our services. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may limit platform functionality.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

Right Vibe integrates with third-party services that have their own privacy policies. These include:

We only share data necessary for those integrations to function and require all partners to maintain appropriate data protection standards.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws including the right to:

• **Access** — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you • **Correction** — request that we correct inaccurate data • **Deletion** — request that we delete your data • **Portability** — request your data in a portable format • **Objection** — object to certain types of processing • **Restriction** — request that we limit how we use your data

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will also send an email notification to the address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
